Redefining the therapy session.
Briana founded MindRoots to expand and redefine the traditional talk therapy session. Through her own experience, she found that traditional therapy often overlooked important elements such as trauma-informed perspectives, examining lifestyle and habits, and practical skills to rewire unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. While talk therapy is beneficial, it's important to address these elements for lasting change.

By exploring the roots of a person’s mental health and past experiences, as well as focusing on fundamentals of health and behavioral change, one can foster growth, healing, and lasting change in the mind.
